About us

Footvolley is a sport very similar to beach volleyball but without the arms and hands. It started in Brazil in the 60s and has been spreading worldwide, including in UK.

In Swindon, this project started in the summer of 2021, firstly training in the grass and later finding a sandpit and adapting it to our needs. 

Since then the community has been engaging more and more. There have been three championships and players come from all over the UK.

With a vibrant and captivating atmosphere, our goal is to promote a better lifestyle to the community with workouts, good vibes, and the opportunity to build strong interpersonal relationships, which therefore can lead to a healthier and happier life. 

In 2023, we have received an award from Brazil Sports Award for the services provided to the Community.
